This hotel is in the best area, far away from the autobahn, making it a peaceful retreat. The location is perfect, with the bus station nearby and a Chinese restaurant next door for convenience. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that they satisfied all my needs during my stay. The rooms were clean and had all the basic amenities I needed. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a good selection to choose from.

The proximity to the Swiss border and tram stop made travelling to the art fairs very easy.

Wifi is not available throughout the hotel as advertised. One half of the hotel has no signal.

Where can I begin; I will never stay in this place again. Run away from it if you can.... They offer only basics: An old hard bed and a bathroom. There is no airconditioner. We had assumed by the website that it had ac ( only 5 rooms do). I asked every day to be transferred to a room with ac, it was never done. It is not worth the 150 Euros they charge per day. It is run dowm ( my room had adhessive figures of birds placed in the wall to conceil the wholes from the door knob hitting the plaster).The worst experience of my life.... I feel I have been had! The staff leaves at 10 pm. Nobody around....

It's close to public transportation and parking is available in front of the hotel. the staff is very friendly and accommodating. They speak multiple languages and are happy to help with any questions or requests. the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Limited amenities and noisy surroundings the rooms are very basic and lack amenities such as an iron or coffee maker. the noise level can be quite high due to its location near the main road.

3 minutes to tram station by walk, 25 minutes to center of Basel by tram

Taxi prices from airport to hotel: using taxi registered in France 50 EUR, registered in Germany 25 EUR. Other way go to city center by train and then by 6th tram till the final stop Rhiene Grenze and then walk :-)

The hotel location was great, very close to the border and the tram system, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was also above average, with a good selection of items to choose from.

The rooms were quite small and outdated, in need of a refresh. the noise levels from the nearby street and other guests were quite loud, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The value for money at this hotel is outstanding. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. I particularly loved the convenient location near the bus station, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, having a Chinese restaurant next door is a bonus for those craving a quick meal.

We loved the clean, well-equipped room, including free mineral water and tea-making facilities. The hotel facilities were great, with a warm bathroom complete with hairdryer and all toiletries provided. Breakfast had a good choice of food in an attractive eating area, and the staff were helpful throughout our stay. We were pleased with the location near the bus station, making transportation easy.
